Brief Answer:
Hello looks like you have incontinence

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
Thank you for your query
I understand your concern
Possibly you have incontinence
It's important to know if you have undergone any surgery.
Also if you have any associated problem like Constipation or diarrhea or any altered bowel habits.
You need to be evaluated by a gastroenterology specialist.
Too check for any weakness of muscles of anal canal in which stool can just seep incase the muscle tone is poor.
Also sometimes when the stool is loose then it can cause seepage.
After rectal examination may have to undergo some special tests like rectal manometry to look for anal muscle pressure or colonoscopy.
Can try high Fibre (rich in salad fruits) diet till then which will help in forming good stool volume and thus reduces seepage.
Can wear diapers if you want to go to places where you are worried about soiling of clothes
Hope this answers your questions
Wish you a speedy recovery
Happy to help
