Brief Answer:
Increased liver echotexture suggests fatty liver.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Increased liver parenchymal echotexture suggests fatty liver.
It is a common disease now a days due to diet and changing life style.

Most commonly fatty liver is due to obesity and sedentary life.

Fatty liver is a reversible condition and it can be reversed by diet and life style changes.
It may take 3-4 months to reverse the findings.

Your total bilirubin level is also increased. You have been prescribed right medicines.Udiliv helps in regeneration of liver cells. It is good that SGPT is within normal limit.

In such condition,I also suggest lipid profile estimation to my patients.
If it is altered then it should be corrected as dyslipidemia(altered lipid profile ) may the reason for fatty liver.

You should be active in your daily life.
You should avoid red meat and high fat milk products.
Cook food in olive or canola oil and avoid fried and junk food.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables. You should also increase your physical activity in the form of walking and exercise.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
