Hello,
Thank you for writing to us on HCM.
I can definitely understand the situation you are going through and I will try my best to ease out your stress and treat your skin problems in best way possible.
From your history, its quite evident that the acne and other skin problems like pigmentation etc are due to extreme level of stress you are undergoing.
First of all I would advise to try and de-stress your life. Try to indulge into activities like yoga, meditation, dance etc or any other extra-curricular activity which you like.
Once your stress level is controlled your skin problems are bound to improve.
Moreover, having positive outlook also improves the efficacy of medications.

Since its difficult to treat your skin problems in absence of clinical examination, I insist you to post good clinical pictures to me so that I can help you in a better way.

Brief Answer:
Consultation with psychiatrist is a must

Detailed Answer:
Yes stress can cause skin problems.
For chronic fatigue you should take a good multivitamin tablet on regular basis.(Cobadex forte, Zevit etc).
For psychological symptoms like suicidal tendency, I would strongly insist you to consult a psychiatrist for expert opinion. I am sure a consult with psychiatrist is definitely going to ease out your problems.
Thanks and take care
