Question: My right upper eyelid is swollen and drooping.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I would need to ask when it started and how. Going by the looks it seems that an allergic component could be involved. You need to wash your eyes with plenty of water and also apply Pataday (Olopatadine Hydrochloride) Ophthalmic Solution [prescription medicine]. I do not see redness in the eyes and so do not advise antibiotics at the moment. But based on the response it might need to be treated with antibiotic drops and even oral antibiotics.
