Brief Answer:
Get a CT Scan of the PNS done...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

The pressure behind the eyes or nasal bridge could be due to the sinus block. As you are not getting any relief from the steroid nasal spray, it would be wiser for you to get a CT scan of the PNS done to rule out any obstruction to the sinus opening.

Meanwhile, do steam inhalation, drink lots of warm water; avoid smoking/coffee/alcohol/chilled food or beverages. Try taking a mucolytic such as ambroxol or bromhexine for thinning out the secretions and saline nasal spray to keep the nasal mucosa moist and patent.

Hope I have answered your query; I'll be available for the follow up queries.

Brief Answer:
Exercises reduce any subtle blocks...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing back

Exercises increase the blood supply to all the parts of the body, thus reducing any subtle edema in the tissues. Once the edema is reduced, the blocked sinuses thus opens up relieving the pressure inside the sinuses. This shows that the sinus block is of minimal in nature. A CT scan of the paranasal sinuses can reveal the extent and the nature of sinus block.

Hope this clears your doubts. I wish you good luck and good health.
