Brief Answer:
Systematic evaluation needed.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I would insist you to upload the details of the eye examination. Floaters could result from a number of reasons:
* It could be due to eye secretions clouding the vision
* It could be due to substances floating in the vitreous humor of the eye
* It could be due to raised eye pressure (intraocular pressure) or glaucoma
* It could be due to retinal problems

A split lamp microscopy, a tonometry as well as an ophthalmoscopy of the eye should yield valuable clues in this context. A mere vision test might not be enough. Unless a split lamp examination has been done, you need to arrange for the same. If you take her to an eye specialist, I am certain that he/she would arrange for the needful.
