Question: I have had nausea and a lot of gas pains for 5 days. I haven't eaten anything yet today, and an still nausiaus.

what is the safest thing I can eat?

When I have a bowel movement it is yellow and watery.

From the information you have provided about your problem and if I was your caring doctor these would be my recommendations:
- have frequent but small meals
- reduce foods that contain fat.
- avoid indigestible or partially digestible foods because that would increase the discomfort of the stomach.
- eliminate carbonated beverages.
- Drink lots of fluids especially water.
- Crackers with ginger are something that is used to avoid nausea that has proven to b helpful.
- You can eat everything else that is recommended to not eat from the advises above: a soup with rise without spicy foods is ok, youghurt, fruits and veggies that you have tried before and that your stomach digests well.

The most important thing is to understand the cause of nausea. If it continues for more then 2 weeks then it is time to see a local physician.
Continue taking the medications that you are using.
