Brief Answer:
Possible muscle strain;however, following causes to rule out too...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

If the pain on your lower back on the right side started right after trying to move your leg, then, most probably you might have experienced muscle strain.

In such cases, following advice would be helpful:
- apply warm clothing on the affected area
- massage with XXXXXXX or lavender oil
- analgesic cream locally can also help
- take OTC analgesic medication

If the pain won't subside in few days, then, should follow up with your physician to run X-ray of your lower back for further evaluation.

I wanted to also know if:
- you are having your periods at the moment when you feel the pain?
- are you having problems with burning/painful urination?
- any constipation or other problems related to bowel movement?
- any unusual vaginal discharge?

All these information are needed to exclude other possible causes to your extreme lower back pain on the right side.

Hope it was of help!

Brief Answer:
neurologist to be consulted &run Xray lower back

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

If none of the above problems are present, then, your pain might be muscular-skeletal. If it will not subside within a few more days, I recommend to schedule an appointment with neurologist and run Xray of lower back to exclude spinal cord problems.

Hope it was of help!
