Brief Answer:
4 possibilities

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query
Now the symptoms of the query can be because of many reasons.
I will discuss some of the most common ones.

There is a possibility of anemia. The hemoglobin in the body is low. As such you may have low energies. Best to test Hb.

There is a strong possibility of depression disorder, and if you feel thats a possibility, best to meet a psychiatrist as soon as possible.

There is a possibility of low vitamin D level. Regular sun exposure of entire upper torso for at least 15 mins daily between 10-11 am will be useful.
Otherwise, supplementation is also available. But 1st method is better.

Not uncommon at your age is diabetes. So checking sugars may also help.

I have just stated 4 of the commonest possible causes at your age.
Please feel free to contact me for further clarification if needed.
Best of luck
Dr Mittal
