Question: Hi my wife is 10 weeks pregnent .. she initially had excessive vomiting and nausea
Later developed severe constipation .. when syp lactalose was of no use enema was administered ...
Latter she is having pains in thr rectal area .. which is causing severe discomfort and local doc told it may be fissures

yes,she can use anovate ointment in pregnancy. for several pain can apply LOX 5%ointment on the painfull area.
Better to avoid pain killers like Brufen,voveran etc.
If severe can use paracetamol tablet.
consult surgeon at the earliest.
