Brief Answer:
I need further details.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.

First of all I must tell you that 5-6 hours of sleep a day is actually less.

You require at least 7-8 hours of sleep per day.

However, weakness and tiredness that you feel needs to be evaluated.

So, answer the following:

1.Since when are you having this problem?
2.How is your appetite?
3.Do you snore in night?
4.Any weight gain?
5.Have you achieved menopause? If not, please let me know the details of your menstrual history.
6.Any history of anemia or thyroid disorder?
7.Smoking and Alcohol status.
8.Any history of depression?
9.Any hot flushes, irritation?

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me and answer these questions preferably in point wise manner.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
Detail Follows.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
I would advise you 3 tests:
1. Hemogram
2. Thyroid Profile
3. Vitamin D3 Levels.

I am asking for these tests to rule out any particular cause that can cause tiredness and weakness.

If all tests are normal, i would implicate this to Pre Menopausal Syndrome.
I would advise you to start Meditation and to follow a better life style including 8 hours of sound sleep.
Also, ask your partner if you snore. Because most of the times we are not aware of our snoring, that can cause day time tiredness and sleeping.
Get these investigations done and review with me with reports.

If you have any further query please ask me.

Stay Healthy.

Dear Friend.
I have not found any attached reports here.
Please get the investigations done afresh if they are more then 3 months old, else scan and send to me when available.
If possible i would suggest you to get complete health check up done at this age.

Till then, i would advise you to take proper sleep and do meditation and relaxation therapies.
If you have any further query please ask me, else you may close the discussion and rate it.
Stay Healthy.
