Question: HELLO YES QUESTION 2 YEARS AGO I WAS TOLD I HAVE LOWER INFLAMMATION OF THE ESOPHOGUS been living with the pain for 2 years not been bad at all but week ago had mammogram and pressure on that area made get bad again pain level8 started to take znatac last couple day no improvement.im in pain.pressure pain and some on side right underarm.suggestions

First of all you need to have gastroscopy done. Long lasting esophagus inflammation can lead to Barrets esophagus or even esophagus cancer. Gastroscopy is necessary to rule them out.
You also need long term treatment with acid blocking medicines in high dosages. Please ask your doctor for proper prescription.

In a neanwhile you should avoid fatty foods, coffee, chocolate, orange juice.
