Brief Answer: I need details Detailed Answer: Dear Friend. Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern. By saying "ED", I suppose you are talking about erectile dysfunction. So, the treatment depends on the cause. 2 most common causes of ED are: 1. Diabetes 2. Psychogenic. So, give me following details: 1. Since when are you facing it? 2. Marital status? Any kids? 3. Exactly what problem do you face? 4. Do you have problem in getting erection or in sustaining erection/ 5. Any history of any disease like diabetes or atherosclerosis? Give me these details so that i can help you better. Stay Healthy. Hello Dr Varshney, Thanks for answering. I've probably had this problem since I was around 52 and I'm 56 soon to be 57 I had a prescription for Cialis for about a year but my prescription ran out because I didn't get back for a follow up visit. I then found a product called Valikor which worked but was recalled by the FDA . I'm married and have three grown children. The problem is getting a firm erection and maintaining it. I have no history of disease. My heart blood pressure has been checked recently for a job and also Life Insurance and I got a super preferred status. I exercise and play a lot of tennis. I may be a little over weight at 6'4 230 but I'll work on that. There' s also a premature ejaculation problem I've had my entire life but I'm not sure that's a medical issue. I just moved to a new area and its difficult to get a non emergency appointment without waiting a long time so that's why I inquired online. Thanks, XXXXXXX

Brief Answer: Just Sildenafil on SOS Basis Detailed Answer: Dear Friend. I have read your detailed reply. I must say that your ED problem seems to be Psychogenic. Stop thinking about this problem. You might take Sildenafil 25 mg on as when required basis only. This ED doesn't require much treatment. In fact this is not ED!! Also the power of erection and capacity to sustain it get low with growing age. So, you may try the drug if required. And you don't require any other treatment. If you have any further query, please ask me.
