Brief Answer:
Erectile dysfunction

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, I don't believe its permanent. I would advise psychotherapy sessions in addition to the sildenafil which is advised. If there is no organic cause such as diabetes or peripheral arterial disease or peripheral neuropathy the a psychological cause is most likely. The medication you are taking need to be assessed if there is any adverse effect related to ED. If sildenafil doesn't work then tadalafil can be tried. I would advise you to consume at least 4 almonds and cashew nuts daily with a glass of warm milk, if available. Most likely you will get back on track sooner than expected.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks

Hello again

I would advise you to go back to your psychiatrist if no organic cause is identified and viagra isn't giving much benefit. If you were not having ED issues while on the bipolar meds then perhaps you should consider restarting them in consultation with your doctor.

Thanks

No, based on your description , its unlikely to be permanent.

A urologist with special interest in erectile dysfunction or a sexiologist can help you do further workup in this regard.
