Question: testicle problem is suffering since 7years.. no feeling pain but large.. some time pain..... and also i have penis problem from march 2nd week, I dont have any sex drive bascialy. I can sit here and watch hardcore porn and my penis wont move at all, It doesnt get excited. Even when I beat off , It feels numb and theres no sexual pleasure there and I lose errections all the time and struggle to get it up in hate first place......after hand job when sperm out no pleasure in mind ...please give valuable advice ...

The testicle problem could be due to a Varicocele. It does not really look like a Hydrocele.
Did the testicle get hurt or hit somewhere?
Please get an Ultrasound with Color Doppler of Scrotum and the diagnosis should be clear with that.
For the penis problem, I would need to know your complete sexual history. Do you stay with your parents, any brothers or sisters? Do you stay in a room which is occupied by your brother or sister?
Have you had any sex earlier or any romantic encounters earlier with anyone?
Any love or infatuation towards someone.
Any bad or painful sexual encounters that you experienced or saw?
Anyone did any forceful sex with you earlier?
Please do let me know the answers to these questions to help you.
Also do let me know that the picture you sent is of your erect penis or normal size?
