Brief Answer:
Provide more information for further comments.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM..

Erectile dysfunction in an otherwise young adult usually has no major organic cause, and often responds dramatically well to drugs belonging to a group of drugs called 'PDE5 Inhibitors', most noted of which is 'Viagra' or 'Manforce'.

However, I would require some more information before suggesting any of these tablets.

Kindly give a few more basic details,

1) Regarding your libido means intention towards intercourse.

2) Do you have any nocturnal penile erections when you sleep, especially in the early mornings.

3) Can quantify the degree of dysfunction on a scale of 1-10, it would be useful to assess response at a later date.

4) How was previous sex life or married life?

5) How did problem started? Any specific incidence was there?

6) Do you pay more attention to erection while trying for intercourse?

7) Do you have any physical illness, specifically diabetes or high blood pressure or are you taking any medications?

8) Is there any history of smoking or alcohol since long time?

9) How is relationship with your partner? Any emotional or social problem is there?

Kindly get back to me with this more information.I will be happy to help you after getting this answers.

Awaiting your response.

Brief Answer:
likely to be either psychological or due to performance anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for sharing more information.

After reviewing all your answers,it seems that your erectile problem and pre-mature ejaculation are most likely psychological or due to performance anxiety.

Regarding your pre-mature ejaculation which is actually a very common problem in young males but do not need to worry since your problem can be controlled by regularly practicing certain sexual techniques.

Also,it has nothing to do with masturbation since it is completely a normal act, however excess masturbation can cause temporary weakness but never causes erectile issue or pre-mature ejacualtion.

Stop becoming more anxious since if you feel more anxious and excited that you may not be able to perform properly, then this anxiety itself will worsen the problem.

Anti-anxiety medications (ex.recita forte) can also be taken to relieve from anxiety just before intercourse by the written prescription from some local physician.

Try to be relaxed and enjoy yourself and don't keep on thinking like will I ejaculate too early if you do so.

Wait until you and your partner gets fully aroused and involved by doing more foreplay and then things will keep flowing smoothly and effortlessly.

Below listed measures will help also you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection and have enjoyable sex without pre-mature ejaculation or discharge.

1) Do regular exercises for about 30 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.

2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc

3) Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.

4) Sunlight exposure inhibits the body’s natural production of melatonin, a hormone that helps us to sleep and also reduces our sexual urges.

It means lesser the melatonin hormone, you will have more sexual desire.

So have adequate sunlight exposure in daytime to reduce the production of melatonin.

5) Paying attention to your partner’s desires and talking about this before hand can make sex pleasurable for both of you.

6) Engaging more in foreplay with your partner before intercourse.

Mostly, you will see an improvement in 2 to 3 weeks.

Hope this will help and feel free to ask if you have more queries.

Brief Answer:
Yes,you will need to see doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for asking again,

Yes,any anti-anxiety medications are prescription based drugs and must be available from any pharmacy with valid written prescription by the doctor only.

But unfortunately in XXXXXXX even pharmacist dispatches on their own the said medications which is not good.

However,I will advise you to see some local doctor or GP who may prescribe.
