Brief Answer:
let me know more details

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Your problem is erectile dysfunction and you want treatment for the same. You did not get response with viagra.

At age of 63 we need to search for physical cause of erectile dysfunction.

Let me know some information:

- Since when are you suffering from this problem? How was previous sex life?

- Do you have any physical illness like high blood pressure or diabetes?

- Is there any history of history of smoking or alcohol?

- Is there any difficulty in urinating? Or is there history of problem related to prostate?

- Is morning erection present?

- Are you able to masturbate?

- Is there any problem of backache?

- Are you taking any medicines?

- Apart from Viagra which medicines have you taken?

- I would recommend testosterone level investigation.

For a while you can use tetrafol plus. It helps in erectile dysfunction in patients with hypertension in diabetes. I get response in my 50-60% of patients. It contains vitamins like pyridoxine, mecobalamine and mefolate which help in dilatation of penile vessels. It has no side effects and it should be taken one tablet after meal two times up to 20 days. If you feel response continues it for 2 months. Mostly you can get the same without prescription.

I will be happy to help further after getting response.

Regards,

Dr.Chintan Solanki

I noticed that my erections weren't as hard in my late 50's. I do have diabetes with no history of alcohol, smoking, or drugs. No history of urinary or prostrate problems. Haven't had an erection in a while, and unable to mastutbate and no back problems although i had back surgery about 25 years ago . Is tetraful plus a prescription or over the counter?
Thank you for your help. XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
it is available over the counter

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

As age progresses after 50 erections naturally become less in terms of hardness in most of the males. This also depends on physical health and fitness.
Diabetes is contributory factor for erectile dysfunction. I should be under control to achieve proper erection.

It is good that no urinary or prostate problem.

Terafol plus or supplement with mentioned contents should be available over the counter. It has given good results in my practice in almost 50% of the patients with ED and diabetes.

I suggest going for serum testosterone level and penile doppler for evaluation of erectile dysfunction.

Take care.
