Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Question: Hi
I am 33 years male and had a sperm count of Zero. I had a surgery 4 months back and now my sperm count is 14.4 million with 80% motility as a blockage was removed. We are trying for kids and the doctor had prescribed Zydalis 10 mg for erectile disfunction as my sexual interest was low. I took it once and it worked in 3 hours. However the second time it didn't work and I did not get any erection.First time the reaction was in 3 hours. Please let me know what should i need to do for getting this cured.

1) Many times erectile dysfunctionis psychological due to stress.

2) Try to relax yourself and try when you are stressfree.

3) Tablets can work but are not successful everytime unless you are mentally stressfree.

4) Hence I suggest try to solve matters that are troubling you and then try Yoga / meditation to relax yourself.

5) Try to have intercourse when you are not physically tired.

6) Changing drugs wont help much.

7) Please stop smoking and alcohol if you do have habits.

8) Let me know if you are taking any other medicines which might possibly lower the libido.

Thanks Doctor. My sperm count has improved from zero to 14.4 million post surgery without any medication. How good are the chances of conceiving naturally with this count. I am not under any medication currently to improve count but its rising naturally. Also, could I change from Zydalis 10 mg to some other tablet to help erectile dysfunction.

1. Good to know your counts are increasing. It needs to be consistently above 15 million per ml for conceiving naturally.
