Question: Ok, first thank you for this.

I'm 37 years old been with a very active sexual life TILL last week, this is what happen...
I had sex with a girl on Wednesday like two times and with in very small time intervals to the point I wanted to do it again but we didn't. Then Thursday, friday, sat and Sunday I masturbated about 2 times a day then on Monday another girl I been seeing (we are in an open relationship) came to look for me and we had sex once, at around 1 am, but then the girl I really like and I been dating without having sex also call me at around 2am and we had never sex before so it was obvious that those where her intentions.. To make things short we start making out i got hard for like 3 min and then my dick went soft!!?? Then We where doing foreplay for like 3 hours and i just got hard like 2 times for no more than 2 or 3 min. I literally wanted to cry or just run out of her place, now I'll see her again next Wednesday and I'm dying already just thinking it can happen again, i don't know what happen I usually perform really good, I even went and ask a friend of mine for some Viagra 100 and I'm stressed on taking them but maybe there is another thing I can take that will not risk my health and I can go back to be the man that would have 3 or 4 times his dick hard per day or wake up with it hard, with a huge sexual appetite, I feel like my sexual appetite just died in a min at the worse time with the worse person.

Please help me with this, I already went to buy vitamins, a, e, d3, zinc, iron, testosterone booster, super b complex, garlic (in pills), I change my diet as well, I stopped smoking, and I'm going for the Mediterranean diet, I will start going to the gym everyday.

Please doctor What I need to do to get it back??! If I don't fix this I will fall in a severe depression and my life will change completely, in like 90% of my relations sex has been one of my strongest assests.

Please help. Sorry for the long "letter" I just want you to know what really happen.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
relax, it is not long lasting problem, you can perform well

Detailed Answer:

Thanks for writing to us and good detail explanation of your condition.

Inability to perform while sex only once or twice in a last week is not called erectile dysfunction. You told that you did sex and masturbation at least twice a day in last week.Means your sexual activity were at a pick.Naturally like after excessive physical work continuously we get fatigued there is fatigue in penis also. That is one of the reasons of your failure.Whatever happened to you is routine and can occur to any man.No specific intervention is needed right now.

As well as you were called suddenly at night and you had already done sex at that time. You also were doing sex first time to that girl. This situation problem is also responsible for your problem. You became so much nervous and worried after this failure.

Believe me you can perform well on next Wednesday.Do not be anxious or think excessively about your performance. Otherwise performance anxiety may lead to failure. For good sex/erection continuous exciting feelings should be there in mind. When mind is diverted to something else during sex(like thoughts of erection and success of sex or past failure attempt) erection may loosen. If you can masturbate well now, you can do the sex as well. So keep this aspect in your mind and move ahead.

You mentioned, "I already went to buy vitamins, a, e, d3, zinc, iron, testosterone booster, super b complex, garlic (in pills), I change my diet as well, I stopped smoking, and I'm going for the Mediterranean diet, I will start going to the gym everyday."These all are very appropriate measures to improve libido and erection. Keep it up.

There is nothing to do at this point as you did not lose anything. You are the man with enough sex appetite as before.

And just to assure you I want to mention that treatment of erectile dysfunction is there. According to criteria if someone has erection problem most of the time for at least 6 months then only treatment indicated.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.
