Question: I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY MALE ORGAN.I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO EJACULATE, AND EVEN IF I AM ABLE TO EJACULATE, THE SPERM FAILS TO COME. THE SIZE OF MY PENIS HAS ALSO REDUCED. CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE?

2) Are you taking any drugs ?
3) Do you get good hard erection during intercourse ?
4) Do you get Orgasm while masturbating or during intercourse?
4) Is there any Psychological conflict in your relationship with spouse or female partner?

Dear Doctor, Thank you for the attention you have for me. Starting with the questions above: 1. I am not diabetic. 2. I have never taken drugs in my life. 3. I don't get hard erection during intercourse. 4. I get orgasm while masturbating. 5. What comes to my mind sometimes is that because I have these problems, I feel my wife sees other men which turn to disturb me. 6. I do not have any urinary symptoms. Many year back when these problems started, I visited the lab and the result was Azoospermia. That was in XXXXXXX and there was no drugs to solve the problem, but now I believe with your help something can be done. I await your reply. Once again that you very much Doctor. XXXXXXX XXXX

You have Erectile Dysfunction and need to consult qualified Urologist for detail clinical evaluation and to get following basic test done to find out the cause of ED.
1) Serum Testosterone .
2) Thyroid hormone assessment
3) Color Doppler ultrasound Scanning of penis .
4) Semen Analysis to confirm Azzospermia

There seems to be psychological element as a cause of your ED and anejaculation and Anejaculation.

You along with your wife need to consult qualified Psychiatrist for counselling.

Doctor I don't think you have answered my question. I have told you the lab result was azoospermia. I togerher with my wife are sane and sound people. I don't think we need a psychiatrist. The problem at stake is how I can ejaculate that is have a strong penis. Thanks.

Thanks for follow up.

The paranoid thoughts about your wife looking at other men is an psychological element .In majority of patients of ED and Anejaculation in otherwise healthy men is Psychogenic in origin and can be cured with counselling by a qualified Psychiatrist.

Get the blood test and penile scan done .If they turn out to be normal taking Sildenafil (Viagra)as on demand will help to get good hard sustainable erection
and to have enjoyable sex.

There are no medicine to treat Azoospermia .You need to do testicular biopsy to confirm whether your testicles are producing sperm or not.However this is not a cause of ED and Anejaculation.
