Question: Dis is rather a very tough question to ask but i am told that this site is completely private...i am a virgin guy who have had sex with my Thai girlfrenf 2 days back she works in a spa and have been with multiple partnerz before...i suffer from erectile dysfunction though i hv not visited a sexologist...i wore a condom while having sex but because of my sexual inability i was not able to keep my penis erect for a long time in the vagina not more than 10 seconds..i have then rubbed my penis over her wet vagina for around 10 seconds...later after i finished masturbation(i rub my penis on the bed) i saw that the condom had opened from my penis...i am certain that when i was inside her i had wore the condom but i am doubtful if the condom was there when i rubbed my penis on,her wet vagina for 10 seconds...do,i need to worry about HIV?i have also, inserted my finger in her vagina...can this cause aids..
Also let me,know what chances do i have of hiv with unprotected intercourse?
I am worried to death...please help me..

Brief Answer:
You are at high risk.Need further screening.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your concern.

The risk of having a sexually transmitted disease in your case is very high as your female partner is a promiscuous women as mentioned by you.

You do not acquire hiv/253657?iL=true" >AIDS by fingering her vagina, but there is a significant risk to acquire it when there is condom slippage or breakage which results in mucosal contact with both penis and vagina.

You can get infected with HIV only if your partner harbours it. If she is negative for it, you can be relatively less worried.

The chances of acquiring it with unprotected intercourse if high in the range of 40-70%.

Hence i strongly recommend you to get tested for HIV/AIDS and other sti's through a standard sexual diseases blood screen.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
P24 antigen assay and western blot are confirmativ

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

1.There is no specific way to get her tested except through motivation and counselling. One cannot force her to get tested for HIV.

2.Its extremely difficult to judge her from physical appearance, especially when she is normal and asymptomatic.

3.The test you need to have is P24 antigen followed by elisa and western blot.

4.p24 test is the only test which can detect HIV virus as early as 24 hours of infection.

5.Once p24 and elisa are negative you need not worry.

6.But if elisa and p24 are positive,it has to be followed by western blot.

7.If the western blot is negative you are completely free of infection.

8.The other sti's i am talking about are-Herpes ,Chlamydia and Gonococcal.
These can be suspected if you present with genital ulcer and burning micturition later in the course.

9. There is absolutely no cure to treat HIV once infected.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Tests are available at any sophisticated health center

Detailed Answer:
Hi.Sir.

You can get these tests at any sophisticated tertiary healthcare center or a lab.

It would cost you around 50-70 us$.

Burning sensation could possibly be a sexually transmitted infection .

The reports would be delivered under 72 hours of time.

PEP is recommended only on P24,elisa and western blot results.

The chances or outcome depends on the viral load quantity -higher loads are associated with poorer outcomes.

Thank you.
