Brief Answer:
Your side effects are due to finax

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Final (containing the active ingredients finasteride) is used to help reduce the size of an enlarged prostate. Some of the most common side effects of finax include a reduced libido and erectile dysfunction.

If at all you have been experiencing these symptoms then I would request you to report to your doctor at the earliest. Not all individuals experience these side effects, and so your doctor would not know about you experiencing them until you report to him/her about them. Your doctor should and will change your prescription to another medication that will help reduce the size of your enlarged prostate and also not cause any undesired side effects.

For now you could choose to discontinue finax, but it would be advisable to do so only after consulting with your doctor. I hope you find my response both helpful and informative sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.

Thank you Doc. I consulted my Doctor and she said to discontinue Finax. Also I would like to inform you that I am diabetic and taking Reclimet Tab twice daily. Could that also be the reason of erectile problem. I dont wont to hide one more thing that most of the time i am on field as I am an Engineer, so in the night i take one tab of Diazepam 5 mg to get sleep. Will this also effect.

Thanks & best regards

Brief Answer:
Purely due to finax sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX.

I do not think reclimet can cause any symptoms relating to erectile dysfunction, and neither can diazepam sir. Your complaints are purely related to the finax, but it is also important that you control your blood glucose level and always keep it under control as diabetes can also contribute to erectile dysfunction in the long-term with improper control.

I wish you lots of luck sir, and would like you to know that I do not want you to hesitate to contact me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes sir.
