Question: 2nd time I am asking about ED
Once in a month or twice in a month I am unable to Erect completely I am just 30Yrs old!!! I will exercise regularly and diet as well but not sure why me…
Previously I had enquired about this and here one doctor told to give a rest for some days. But when my partner needs it that time we both feel bad. Doctor suggested me to take Tazzle but I don’t want to go on medication at this age…if I am under severe ED then I would take it.
I was in holiday for 1 month and was relaxed and that time I was fully erected and it was daily and now when I started going to office from that time I am unable to erect. Please let me know why this is causing me ? I have heard people at the age 45 also they will involve in sex 4 times a week but for me its been 15 days I am not feeling to do WHY??? Please help me
In office also there is not that much stress ...but its unable to erect.

Brief Answer:
may be the anxiety related to failure in bed

Detailed Answer:
Hi..thanks for writing
Erectile dysfunction is mainly caused by psychological issues. This may be anxiety related to past experiences of failure in the bed, partner satisfaction, conflict with the partner, stress from other issues, depression, sex in a hurry, when fear of being caught is there..
You have said that there is not much stress at work.

You can also learn about the erotic art of sex..you should spend more time in foreplay before going for penetrative sex..

Sex counselling will be very helpful. In this both the partners should participate and follow the advice from the sexoogist both female and male..

The anxiety though you are not aware of is there..you can do yoga, meditation, relaxation exercise to decrease anxiety

Taking anxiolytic like klonopin before sex can be helpful.

I feel that you should visit a sexologist and ask for help..tell all the details..there is no shame in getting professional help. He will discover your problems and give a treatment strategy that you have to follow..

you don't want to do drugs so counselling and therapy is best options.

I hope this will be helpful to you.if you have further query fee free to ask..

Brief Answer:
no relation to bloodflow

Detailed Answer:
Hi..thanks for follow up query

There is no relation of blood flow to penis and mind.
Erection occurs by two mechanisms
1. Visual stimulus when we see something erotic
2. Tactile stimulus to penis

So during sex, visual stimulus is seeing partner naked and tactile stimulus is sex and foreplay. Apart from the genitals you both should explore which are the sensitive parts like in female, neck, lips , nipple and areola, clitoris and vagina.

During sex if you are just concentrated on penetration then there are high chances of losing erection..so foreplay is also very important..your partner giving you a hand job is also important..these all hold erection longer..

If your mind is distracted somewhere else your erection will be lost.

Anxiety also distracts..do not ruminate about loss of erection in last encounter otherwise it will increase the problem

I hope this will be helpful to you..best of luck
