Brief Answer:
Provide additional information and behavioral therapy will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
Since when you are facing this issue?
Are you married? Or since when you are in relationship? Is it a recent one?
Are you stressed about something in your life? That may also affect your performance.

I see that you are 35 years old and so the cause of ED in someone your age may be more psychological than physical (as opposed to someone with ED who is in their 60s).

If you have no erectile dysfunction when you masturbate and only when attempting intercourse, then you may want to consider some behavioral techniques - which don't have side effects like the medications can. Behavioral techniques focus on decreasing performance anxiety and increasing intimacy.

Also it is advisable to decrease masturbation to pornography if you do (which creates unrealistic standards and immediate gratification) and avoid masturbation in general for a day or two prior to attempts at intercourse. For awhile, you may want to limit sexual activity to foreplay and mutual masturbation with your partner, to decrease performance anxiety. For further techniques, you may want to see a behavioral therapist who specializes in sexual dysfunctions.

I would also suggest you not to take any medication without consulting doctor.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Sildenafil, tetrafol plus,

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Good to hear from you.
Medicines like sildenafil or tadalafil are used for ED. One of them should be used 2 hours prior to sex. They cause headache, stuffy nose nausea and gastric discomfort like common side effects. Proper physical check-up of cardiac system should be done by a doctor before starting the same. These are prescription medicines and you need to consult doctor for the prescription.

You can use medicine cum vitamin supplement containing pyridoxal-5-phosphate, mecobalamin and l-methylfolate (trade name tetrafol plus)is very helpful. You may get this medicine over the counter as it is vitamin product.

Apart from this I would suggest regular walking, swimming or running overall improves blood flow to whole body circulation including penis and keep the mind fresh.

Good healthy food is also an important aspect. Bananas, Garlic, dry fruits(they contains vitamins), eggs, cow milk, cow butter are good food which may help in erectile dysfunction.

Avoid smoking and alcohol. Low amount of alcohol can help in increasing blood flow but more amount can cause opposite effects. So better to avoid the same.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
