Suggest Treatment For Eosinophilic Esophagitis

Question: My 14 yo son has eosinophilic esophagitis dx at 4yo. Allergies to wheat soy corn yeast, anaphylactic to just the smell of shellfish or touching a starfish. From age 5 to age 11 was on oral antigen therapy drops (highly used in Europe with success). My son's scopes were totally negative after starting this non fda approved therapy. GI Doc said he didn't believe in it but he trusted his pathologist when he was told that of the 30 biopsies taken, no sign of EE. The allergy doctor, Dr shariff, stopped making it when my son was 11. Says he wasn't making any money on it anymore. since the med was stopped, his n/V and abd pain have returned; his scope is a disaster and is ravaging EE. The doctors I have been to since either say they never heard of it or say that research has shown it doesn't work. It works on my son. Please tell me of a dr. that will make antigen therapy for my son. It is taken sublingually.
The med is taken 15 minutes prior to eating "an offensive food". For 6 years my son was able to eat real bread products and foods with corn, soy and apple juice in them (all ordinarily triggers for him). He currently suffers from daily n/v not relieved with Zofran or use of ppis, we have tried fluticasone and budosemide therapies. Elimination diet hard to enforce with a 14 yo boy. Mnay times he will just go without eating and he still throws up.
