Brief Answer:
Must be investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
If he had lymphoma and now night sweating is noticed then the worst should be ruled out definitely, and not just prostate cancer but also lymphoma relapse. Although, his symptoms are nonspecific,I would not risk with it. He must check his PSA level and repeat prostate ultrasound. Also, check lymphocytes levels and tumor markers. This should be enough to rule out malignant disease. Everything else is benign and can be easily treated. Wish you good health. Regards
