The obvious answer is to discontinue using steroids forever.

Other things that you can also try include eating a very low fat diet. Also trying to make sure that you maintain a good healthy balance of exercise including aerobic exercise on a regular basis is important.

I would also recommend that you consume a healthy amount of vegetables and fruits during the day.

It may take a couple of weeks for your enzymes to improve. Please see your doctor for further instructions.
