Question: My resting heart rate is at 90 and my blood pressure is 145/85. Not usual for me. I would like to wait to call my doctor tomorrow. Is that wise or should I go to emergency room?

Brief Answer:
You can consult tomorrow

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Heart rate of 90per min and blood pressure of 145/85 is not too high to be alarmed. There is no need for you rot rush to the ER. You can consult your doctor tomorrow.

Anxiety and stress can present with transient rise in heart rate and blood pressure. Since your readings are high as you observed now, you will surely be in stress which do not let the readings come down.

Relax, have a good nights sleep and then visit your treating doctor and get the readings ascertained.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.
