Brief Answer:
Hemoglobin level is ok, check liver function, obesity, See Dr

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

Raised ferritin levels do not always mean there is a serious disease associated. Common conditions like obesity, alcohol consumption can lead to high ferritin levels.

Though theferrutin levels in the reports are fairly raised, a Hemoglobin level of 12g/dl is normal and very acceptable. This should not be a serious call for concern.

However, it depends if you have been ill lately or not. Carrying out liver function tests is the very step. In case all turns out well , you might not need to bother much. If the results are not reassuring, you might need to see an internist.

Rarer and serious causes of high ferritin levels like iron storage disorders (hemochromatosis with iron overload in the body) infection, lymphomas(Cancers).

It is important to know your health condition for the past few months. Have been very sick, having fevers, tired or hospitalized? If yes, you might need to book an appointment with your doctor for further investigations. If no need to worry so much. Take your time and see your GP for a clinical review and getting a few further tests done. This shall be to reassure you. A cured infection if its the case will be reflected in decreased ferritin levels in your next control.

But your hemoglobin level (12) as per the reports is very good.

Thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health. Please, do feel free asking further questions in case of need. I shall be very glad to contribute.
