Brief Answer:
High calcium and PTH

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern.
Not to worry, with a high PTH and calcium, you are likely to have hyperparathyroidism. You may need few additional tests like Vitamin D, Urine calcium/creatinine ratio, kidney function tests , Ultrasound neck and later possibly a nuclear scan also. '
As you are 63 years, they will also take some bone Xrays and a DXA scan to look at bone density. All this will decide the cause of high calcium and if a surgery will be required or not. There is nothing to worry about. Please stay relaxed. Even if you need a surgery, it is not complicated one.
please feel free to discuss further

Brief Answer:
Please inform the test results

Detailed Answer:
Okay. Low vitamin D also can increase PTH levels. Further tests ( urne and blood) will decide the cause of high PTH. If you are going to hav more blood works soon, please let me know the results.
