Brief Answer:
You need hospital admission.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query.

In my opinion you shouldn't ignore all this and instead visit emergency room or visit orthopedic surgeon as you need admission in hospital.

If pus is oozing that means something serious infection which will cause you more harm.

There the doctor will advise you culture and sensitivity and advise you antibiotics.

He may also advise you xray of involved knee in AP and Lateral view to see the present condition of your bones.

I hope you got the answer.

Thanks,
