Brief Answer:

Not looking like sores, seems to be eczematous rash, answer few questions.

Detailed Answer:

Hi!

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is not looking like sores. It seems to be an eczematous rash.

Is your child having dry skin? Is he having habit of lip licking? Does he or anyone in the family having history of allergic rhinitis, eczema and asthma?

Kindly revert with the answers. Also let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Eczematous rash, topical steroid, moisturising cream & antihistaminic.

Detailed Answer:

Hi!

According to your complaints it seems to be eczematous rash.

I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of a moisturising cream on the entire face 2-3 times a day.

If he is having irritation you can give him antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine at night.nThis will resolve this rash.

Hope I have answered your query.
