Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, it appears to be an upper and lower respiratory tract infection. A para nasal sinus X ray or CT can also be advised to look for any haziness indicating sinusitis. Antibiotics would be required if clinical suspicion of a bacterial infection is there. Levofloxacin 500 mg once a day for two weeks would be a good option, empirically. If there is any ear discharge then it should be cultured to guide the antibiotics therapy accordingly.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
