Brief Answer:
Pain is short lasting

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

It is less likely for a 3.5 month old to have dental eruptions.

There is no need for any pain alleviating medications. As pain due to dental eruption would not last long.

It is also not wise to use painkillers in an infant less than 5 month old.

If the pain is unbearable you still can give 3ml PCT 125 syrup twice daily.
