Brief Answer:
please take steam inhalation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

There can be two reasons for your ear block

The first reason may be due to the infection of the ear per se, and this will lead to a swelling and blockage, for this you will need to start on a course of antibiotics and ear drops.

The second reason may be due to blockage of the eustachian tube (this is a normal tube between your nose and ear). This tube can get swollen up in infections leading to ear block, for this you will need to start steam inhalation 2-3 times a day and nasal decongestant drops like oxymetazoline 2 drops in each nostril 3-4 times a day for 4-5 days. This will help open up the tube and relieve your block. You will also need antibiotics for the infection if not taken.

Please meet your doctor for the prescription of antibiotics and to find out the cause for the ear block.

Get well soon!

Thanks
