Brief Answer:
Need more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. If you provide more information then it will be more helpful. It can be most likely due to wax if you don't have any respiratory infection now or recently.
Are you having any nose block or throat infection?
Do you get water into your ear while bathing or swimming?
Is this ear block associated with head spinning or vomiting?
When this happened?

Please update me the above informations.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Answered by Dr. Nishad BN (4 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
It can be most likely due to water trapped there.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

This could be most likely due to water trapped in the ear canal.

For this you can turn your head towards left side and jump a couple of times.
Repeat this again. The water will come out and clear your blockage.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
