Brief Answer:
Further urine analysis & abdominal ultrasound advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Usually, the use of percocet is associated with constipation and difficulty in passing the stool.

Having troubles with peeing is indicative for possible urinary tract infection ( UTI ). A further urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound are advised to rule it out.

Taking into account your personal history of back surgeries, if I was your caring doctor would advise to get further neurological evaluation to rule out problems with nerves innervating the pelvic organs like bladder.

Try to increase fluids intake.
All the best!
