Brief Answer:
15-45 years

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thanks for trusting health care magic
HPV infection progresses to dysplasia at a very slow rate anday range from 15-40 years.
But this Raye of progressing can speed up due to various reasons like -
- multiple sexual partners
- presence of other sexually transmitted diseases
- non condom users
- poor immune status
- family history cancers especially if of reproductive parts
- oral contraceptive use
- poor hygiene and low socioeconomic status of either partner.
So crux is that it can't be predicted but can be checked at an early stage by opting for yearly pap smear testing and avoiding multiple sexual partners.
In case you have any questions about it, please feel free to ask.

Dr Manisha

I have been sleeping with women for 2 months and she then started bleeding flowing sex, she now had a moderate grade dysplasia of her cervix, is it possible to progress that quickly from the first time we had sex, I have never had any signs of infection

Brief Answer:
not possible

Detailed Answer:
No sir, there is nothing to be guilty of causing the dysplasia as it is not possible to cause it in two month time.
She must have been carrying it already and just got diagnosed.
Ask her visit a gynecologist at the earliest and get evaluated properly.
All the best
