Brief Answer:
Dry skin/ichthyosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX

Thank you for your query.

I have reviewed your photograph and my opinion is, it is dry skin or ichthyosis.

The condition is genetically mediated, hence there are no specific remedies for the condition.

The best way to treat this condition is by using moisturisers regularly. You can use any commercial product like nivea body lotion or you can use coconut oil.

Apply coconut oil in small quantities immediately after you take bath, this will hold the moisture in and will help prevent excessive drying.

It is not a serious condition so nothing much to worry about.

Hope this information will be of help to you, you can write back to me if you need further clarifications.

Wishing you good health.

Warm regards
