Suggest Treatment For Dry Skin And Fungal Infection

Question: Sir, as u said moisturing cream and anti fungal cream, but i dont want to see the doctor as it is very embarassing, i am enclosing the photos of dry skin area, and please suggest any options.!Please help.. i hope its not gross.!

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I have checked the attached images. Indeed, application of antifungals and moisturizers should help in resolution of the problems. It is not something severe, nevertheless, it needs to be treated. You may apply Candid (clotrimazole) powder and/or lotion topically a few times a day. Also feel free to use some moisturizing lotion like aloe vera lotion. If it itches, take some antiallergic like cetririzine tablet once daily when needed. Hopefully things would be fine soon.
