Brief Answer:
Lichen planus

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern and I have viewed the images.
You have lichen planus. It is a type of eczema.. It presents with dry, shiny, red to purple raised papules and patches. It is very itchy.
I suggest you to apply a potent topical steroid e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05 %ointment or halobetasol propionate 0.05 %ointment, twice daily.
In addition to this I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg tab once every evening for symptomatic relief from itching.
These are prescription medications and I advice you to talk to your local practitioner for a prescription of the same.

Regards
