Suggest Treatment For Dry Mouth, Joint Pain, Dry Eyes And Memory Loss
Question: I don't know what they did for blood tests.
joints constantly ache, sometimes there hot sometimes there cold.
I couldn't see what I was writing when I said hit.my blood pressure is high, I'm on lisinopril 10 25 and I'm still running 135 over 95.
my vision has also gotten bad, yes, dry eyes and memory loss.
sleep is also a problem, up for three days sometimes,,, sleep when the body can't take anymore, usually four to six hours.
terrible dry mouth, but not all the time.
I wanted to watch a movie a couple weeks ago,, wife rents it,,, two days later I wanted to watch the movie still and found out that I already had.
I can't remember anything about it,,, nothing.
also very irritable,,, super tension and when I fall asleep I jerk like somebody shocked me.
also my body shadows itself, and when the shadow catches up it's an electric shock usually on left to right movements.
it seems to follow my eyes.

2)What all do you forget--like one movie incident you told?Do you forget names?things you kept somewhere?Do you remember your way to home or to certain places,if you go around alone?Can you manage your finances well?
I mean,as you say memory loss-I want to know the specific things in which your memory tends to fail?
3)Is the dry eyes-a persistent complaint?
4)Do you suffer from any other disease as well?like Diabetes,Thyroid disorder or some other disease?(except from joint problems you mentioned)

no diseases that I know of, haven't had my eyes checked but the dryness is constant. I can't remember names or people. I do well on tasks.it seems too be my short memory,I know where I'm at.

In background of clinical history,you have provided,it seems that you may be having some multisystemic disease,like vasculitis,which is having rheumatological,ocular and neurological involvement.Possibility of an autoimmune disease has to be evaluated for.
On the other hand,what appears to be memory loss and onset of dementia like symptoms,may be manifestations of depression or of psychogenic origin.However, that's under consideration,only after neurological involvement is ruled out.
So,at this point,I suggest you to get yourself physically examined by a neurologist who is likely to perform a detailed higher mental functions examination,in this situation.If that comes out to be normal,he may refer to a psychiatrist for opinion.
At the same time,rheumatological and eye specialist's opinion is also important for joint and eye problems.
