Brief Answer:
Her cough appears to be allergic in nature.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Devendrapally,

I would like to know:

Does she have any fever, weight loss or malaise.

Does she have any breathlessness?

Is she allergic to dust, smoke or any thing else? Does she have acidity or complaints of heart burn?

Has she ever suffered from TB?

Is there any family history of allergy or asthma.

Her cough appears to be allergic in nature. However get a routine blood test including AEC done and a chest x ray to rule out any other pathology.

You may deworm her with zental. Give her montair lc and a PPI like pan 40. She should improve with these otherwise she may need an inhaler like aerocort or seroflo or a short course of oral steroids to control her symptoms. Consult a local pulmonologist for correct dosages.

Take care.
