Brief Answer:
Possibility of Vasculitis.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
With the available details, I can say that he was started on Anti Tuberclar Treatment with out sufficient evidence, and unfortunately he developed reaction to drugs.
The lesions seems to be of Vasculitis. So my diagnosis would be drug induced Vasculitis. Isoniazid (One of the component of Rcinex) is frequently a culprit causing such lesions.
In such situations, he would require to stop the anti Tuberculosis treatment and further Investigations should be done including a skin biopsy, ESR, ANA.
If you have any further query please ask me.

Brief Answer:
Detail Follows.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
These rashes persists to appear even after the offending agent/ drug is stopped.
Because body has reacted to the drug and the antibodies formed remains in body for long. Once steroid treatment is initiated, these rashes would stop to progress.
Fortis is a good hospital, you can get him admitted under there care.
A lot of things needs to be kept in consideration before treatment is instituted for Vasculitis.
If you have any further query please ask me.
