Brief Answer:
Possibility of bronchitis is more in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through chest x ray, you have attached.
No need to worry much for this.
By your history, description, chest x ray findings, possibility of bronchitis is more.
Please let me know
1. Are you smoker?
2. Do you have wheezing?
3. Have you ever undergone PFT?
4. Do you have any kind of allergies?
You are having symptoms since months. So better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment. Bronchitis needs inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS). Antihistamine and anti inflammatory drugs are also helpful.
So please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
