Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Autoimmune hepatitis is treated with steroids and immunosuppressant drugs. Drug induced liver injury is treated with supportive care, by stopping the offending agent and maintaining adequate nutrition plus electrolyte balance. If the damage is not prolonged and fibrosis does not ensue then both the biochemical and histological changes are reversible.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
