Brief Answer:
Go for Vestibular Battery test

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you most probabaly suffering from the peripheral vertigo according to your history.
For your kind information vertigo is of two types-central origin and peripheral origin.

But to rule out other disease and to reach the near diagnosis you may go for
1. Vestibular battery test.
2. Pure tone audiometry and
3. Impedance audiometry.

Thanks
Wish you good Health
