Brief Answer:
Continue it for a week

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I suggest to continue to use the patch little over a week. they are safe and relatively lesser side effects.
The sea sickness would last for a week after travel. The winds, humidity are different on land. the ear tubes are blocked for little more time than expected. Over it you can take over the counter anti nausea medicines.

Hope it helps.
