Brief Answer:
Read below.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

I am afraid though I was not able to fully understand everything. You state that you got diabetes or MS which is a little unclear, have they been diagnosed or are only hypothesis, they rarely have to be distinguished from each other.
Diabetes is easily diagnosed through blood tests, so the results of the blood tests you have had are necessary to express an opinion on that regard. If present it could certainly justify the dizziness and lightheadedness.
MS (multiple sclerosis) on the other hand needs more info. It should be suspected only if there are neurological signs like weakness in a limb, loss of vision, double vision, lack of coordination, loss of balance, numbness or tingling in a part of your body. Also there are signs on physical exam. Diagnosis is confirmed by a test called MRI. If all you have is dizziness it is too little to indicate multiple sclerosis, dizziness can have so many different causes, MS is not exactly the first to come to mind. If on the other hand you have other symptoms or signs found by your doctor such as those I mentioned I would gladly discuss them with you.

I remain at your disposal for further questions, possibly with some more info on the blood tests performed and their results so that I can give a more informed answer.
