Suggest Treatment For Dislocated Shoulder

Question: hello sir I think I have a dislocated shoulder but feel no pain it looks out a place to from my point of view I have a some bulging above my left shoulder a slight discomfort in my lower neck when I move my head up a small ping of pain hits me in the same area of my neck I have attached a photo of it so you can see please help me out by answering my questions thank you

Hi,
Thanks for your query.

I have gone through the photo attached. Do not worry, it does not looks like dislocated shoulder.

Discomfort in lower neck during head movements could be due to mild spondylotic changes in cervical spine. Some bulging above left shoulder seems to be due to associated muscle spasm.

X-ray of neck in lateral view will help in the diagnosis.
Usually the treatment goes in following lines: rest, lifestyle modifications (namely- avoiding pillow while sleeping, following a healthy diet plan, maintaining suitable posture while working on computer/driving, avoiding any activity that strikes neck discomfort), medications (that your physician prescribes) and most important physiotherapy ( in form of neck exercises along with local ultrasonics).
